- 27 days on joining, increasing to 29 days after 5 years and 33 days after 10 years, plus bank holidays.

We are able to offer a ‘closed’ NHS Pension Scheme as an Independent Provider. This means people joining us are eligible to join the NHS pension scheme, if within 12 months prior to your start date with NSCP you have been employed by an organisation where you were eligible for the NHS pension, even if you’re not currently making contributions.
If you are not eligible for the NHS pension scheme, you will be eligible for membership of the Legal & General defined contribution Group Pension Scheme and as your employer we will match your contributions in the scheme up to the maximum amount of 6%.
