Please do not use this email address to send enquiries about urgent medical issues. If there is a life-threatening emergency please call 999. 

  • If you are in need of medical advice (e.g. you are feeling unwell or have a feverish child) call the NHS 111 service.
  • If you have a minor injury, please visit the Minor Injury Unit at North Somerset Community Hospital
  • If you are worried about a baby, child or young person you can report your concerns to North Somerset Children’s Social Care. Call 01275 888808 or out of hours 01454 615165. You can also contact the NSPCC who specialise in child protection and the prevention of cruelty to children. The NSPCC can be emailed at help@nspcc.org.uk, text on 88858 or called on 0808 800 5000. If you are concerned about the immediate welfare of a child then you should contact the police on 999.
  • If you are concerned about an adult who may be at risk of being ill-treated, neglected or at risk of harm then you can refer your concerns to Care Connect, call 01275 888801 or out of hours 01454 615165. If a serious physical or sexual assault has taken place and the adult is at immediate risk call the Police on 999. You can report any criminal offence by calling 101.
