Martin joined us in May 2015 as Associate Director of Transformation and is responsible for our Service Redesign and Communications Teams. His role is to lead our transformation programme, which has been designed to enable people in our community to remain as healthy as possible by promoting self-care and supporting independence.
Martin has over seven years experience of working in and around the NHS; previously he was Head of Service Development at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust, Prior to that Martin worked with a number of NHS organisations as a change management consultant.
Martin spent 10 years in a range of operational, business intelligence and change management roles whilst with Randstad; the world’s second largest recruitment and HR services company.
Martin lives in Clevedon with his wife Rachel and has two sons, Ethan and Joe, who he is slowly converting to Leicester City supporters.
