Delyth is the founding Chair of NSCP and has extensive board level experience in the private and public sector. She is a strategic thinker and leader specialising in performance improvement, transformational change and business coaching.
In chairing NSCP she brings a care and commercial approach, and addresses issues with integrity, business focus and respect. By spending time with our people and the services they manage, she seeks to understand our services from the perspective of patients, staff and stakeholders.
She is committed to partnership working and believes that health and social care transformation is aided by collaboration. Her ambition is to enable individuals and organisations to deliver high quality services, add value to the business, add value to the community, and deliver creative and sustainable improvements.
Her portfolio career includes non-executive, executive and voluntary positions. Delyth is currently advising, both locally and nationally, on introducing and sustaining successful strategic and commercial strategies.
Delyth owns a successful property development company; is Vice Chair of an academic academy; Chair of the North Somerset Governors’ Association; Deputy Chair of the Adult Safeguarding Board and a Trustee of a local charity.
